Tripalive.Me Technology Pvt Ltd, "Pixmash"/ "Company" / "We" /"Us" / "Our" owns and manages the mobile application ' Pixmash ' ("App" ). We value your privacy and take our responsibilities in relation to your data seriously.

Pixmash App provides Image Posting, video Posting and other services to users around the world. Our Privacy Policy helps explain our information practices. For example, we talk about what information we collect and how this affects you. We also explain the steps we take to protect your privacy – like building Pixmash so delivered data aren’t stored and giving you control over who you communicate with on our Services.

Thanks for choosing My Voice" ("Pixmash", “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Pixmash service, websites, or software applications you are entering into a binding contract with our company. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (together with the Mobile Terms where applicable, the “Agreements”). If you don’t agree with these Terms, then please don’t use the Service. We’re pleased to make our Service available to you. The Pixmash Service includes social and interactive features. You also warrant that any registration information that you submit to Pixmash is true, accurate and complete, and you agree to keep it that way at all times.

Your continued use of App or provision of data or information thereafter will imply your unconditional acceptance of such updates to this Privacy Policy. The information (which shall also include data) provided by you to Us or collected from you by Us may consist of Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. "Personal Information" is the information you submit and that can be used to uniquely identify or contact you and "Non-Personal Information"is the de-identified and non-personally identifiable information collected from the App.

The term "Personal Data"as used in this Privacy Policy refers to information such as your name, e-mail address, telephone/mobile number that can be used to identify you. Generally, We will only process your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy. However, We reserve the right, to conduct additional processing to the extent permitted or required by law, or in support of any legal or criminal investigation.

i. Your Account Information. You provide your mobile phone number to create a Pixmash account. You provide us the phone numbers in your mobile address book on a regular basis, including those of both the users of our Services and your other contacts. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such numbers. You may also add other information to your account, such as a profile name, profile picture, gender, age information, and status message.

ii. Customer Support. You may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including copies of your messages, and how to contact you so we can provide you customer support. For example, you may send us an email with information relating to our app performance or other issues.

Automatically Collected Information

Usage and Log Information. We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our Services, how you interact with others using our Services, and the like), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.

How We Use Information

We use all the information we have to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services.

  • Our Services. We operate and provide our Services, including providing customer support, and improving, fixing, and customizing our Services. We understand how people use our Services, and analyze and use the information we have to evaluate and improve our Services, research, develop, and test new services and features, and conduct troubleshooting activities. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us. Provide, improve, understand, and customize our Services.
  • Safety and Security. We verify accounts and activity, and promote safety and security on and off our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our Terms, and to ensure our Services are being used legally.
  • No Third-Party Banner Ads. We do not allow third-party banner ads on Pixmash. We have no intention to introduce them, but if we ever do, we will update this policy.

Information You And We Share

You share your information as you use and communicate through our Services, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support, and market our Services.

  • Account Information. Your phone number, profile name and photo and status may be available to anyone who uses our Services, although you can configure your Services settings to manage certain information available to other users.
  • Your Contacts and Others. Users with whom you communicate may store or re-share your information (including your phone number) with others on and off our Services. You can use your Services settings and the block feature in our Services to manage the users of our Services with whom you communicate and certain information you share.

Assignment, Change Of Control, And Transfer

All of our rights and obligations under our Privacy Policy are freely assignable by us to any of our affiliates, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise, and we may transfer your information to any of our affiliates, successor entities, or new owner.

Managing Your Information

If you would like to manage, change, limit, or delete your information, we allow you to do that through the following tools:

  • Services Settings. You can change your Services settings to manage certain information available to other users. You can manage your contacts, groups, and broadcast lists, or use our block feature to manage the users with whom you communicate.
  • Changing Your Mobile Phone Number, Profile Name and Picture. You must change your mobile phone number using our in-app change number feature and transfer your account to your new mobile phone number. You can also change your profile name, profile picture, at any time.

Law And Protection

We may collect, use, preserve, and share your information if we have a good-faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond pursuant to applicable law or regulations, to legal process, or to government requests; (b) enforce our Terms and any other applicable terms and policies, including for investigations of potential violations; (c) detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our users, Pixmash, or others.

Updates To Our Policy

We may amend or update our Privacy Policy. We will provide you notice of amendments to this Privacy Policy, as appropriate, and update the “Last Modified” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, as amended. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy, as amended, you must stop using our Services. Your Copyrights and Trademarks Pixmash, ("Pixmash”, "our”, "we”, or "us") is committed to helping people and organizations protect their intellectual property rights. Our users agree to our Terms of Service ("Terms") by installing, accessing, or using our apps, services, features, software, or website (together, "Services"). Our Terms do not allow our users to violate someone else's intellectual property rights when using our Services, including their copyrights and trademarks.

As explained in more detail in our Privacy Policy, we do not retain our users' messages in the ordinary course of providing our Services. We do, however, host our users' account information, including our users' profile picture, profile name, if they decide to include them as part of their account information.


To report copyright infringement and request that Pixmash remove any infringing content it is hosting (such as a Pixmash user's profile picture, profile name), please email a completed copyright infringement claim (including all of the information listed below). You can also mail a complete copyright infringement claim to Pixmash App copyright agent

Before you report a claim of copyright infringement, you may want to send a message to the relevant Pixmash user you believe may be infringing your copyright. You may be able to resolve the issue without contacting Pixmash.


To report trademark infringement and request that Pixmash remove any infringing content it is hosting, please email a complete trademark infringement claim to support@pixalive.me (including all of the information listed below).

Before you report a claim of trademark infringement, you may want to send a message to the relevant Pixmash user you believe may be infringing your trademark. You may be able to resolve the issue without contacting Pixmash.
